Basements

Our finished basements are done with every modern procedure. We start by waterproofing the basement walls. This will help to reduce any moisture.

If your basement is not a walkout or if you have no large window or door to the outside you will have to install one. This is now a national building code. It is to protect you and your family from a fire so that you will have a way out. For basements that need a door or a window we suggest egress windows. A window will allow light and fresh air into the basement. Depending on which product we use, your window will need an outside window well which we will supply and install. Your outside will also have a stepsystem built into it. Check out Pauls basement photos.
